[b]Responsibilities:[/b] Management of Azerbaijan region Business Development in all regions of Azerbaidjan and execute high level meetings Managing and Mentoring team members Identifying business opportunities with current and prospective customers Analyzing opportunities by researching the industry and market trends Maintaining relationships with big clients by providing information, support and guidance Preparing reports by collecting market information and statistics [b]Requirements:[/b] Have strong leadership skills Experience in B2B/B2C sales Track record in sales/business development Superior analytical skills Understanding of customer needs Excellent communication skills Have knowledge of principles and methods of marketing and sales for showing, promoting, and selling products or services Have speaking skills to convey information effectively and to communicate information and ideas in speaking so others will understand Have persuasion skills to persuade others to change their minds or behavior Have customer Focus to concentrate on a task over a period of time without being distracted Have product/service knowledge Have experience in using CRM systems Have high level of energy and "can do" attitude Proficiency in relevant computer applications Minimum 5 years of experience in sales/business development [b]Please kindly submit your CV in English with photo till 15th January 2019[/b] [b]Required Education:[/b] MA/BA degree in relevant field Advanced English, Azerbaijani & Russian languages [b]We offer:[/b] KPI Bonus Trainings Flexible working hours [hidestr] Company: ТОО OrientSwiss Title: Business Development Director [/hidestr]
