Division:Sales Work graphic: 08.00-17.00 Workplace: 15th km Salyan Highway Recruiter: Gulshan Aslanova TECHNICAL & OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS • The Sales Manager - Engineered Solutions will be responsible for aggressively growing profitable sales of Kohler Power System products (automatic transfer switches, paralleling switchgear, packaging solutions etc.) . • Visiting clients, demonstrating our company's abilities to execute the works, understanding the clients requirements and interpreting the specification. • Prepare of a suitably competitive offer and the monitoring of the sales tender process with the client to ensure the order. • Identifying potential customers and making contact • Responsible for developing and executing the sales approach for every stage of a project, across value chain players (end-user, engineer, procurement, contractor, distributor), for each market segment. • Responsible for profit or loss of each job • Accountable for the total execution of the project (Sales, design, installation, integration, commissioning, and warranty) • Must be knowledgeable in industry power products (generators, ATS, paralleling switchgear, custom enclosures etc.), pertinent codes and standards (NEC, IEEE, UL, IBC, etc.) and overall on-site power system design and integration. • Candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years of industrial power generation or related industry experience including direct sales on strategic/national accounts. • Experience should include profit and loss accountability ABILITY • Time management skills. • Good communication, interpersonal and customer service skills. • Strong language skills (Azeri, Russian, English) • Contacting potential customers to arrange appointments. • Speaking with customers using clear and professional language. • Resolving any sales related issues with customers. • Making follow-up calls to confirm sales orders or delivery dates. • Responding to sales queries via phone, e-mail and in writing. • Accurately analyzing and assessing statistical data.
